Life just doesn't feel right.
Been doing the research and this will be the new camera:
the Nikon D40x wih the 55-200mm zoom lens.
It's a good starter digital SLR. Light and easy to handle.
and I've been saving my change for almost 11 months so tonight, I'm rolling it up. I also have a little hoard set aside from the new job.
Here's hoping it's enough!

I have heard so many good things about the D40 and how fun and easy it is to use! How exciting!!
Don't know if you have a Costco up your way, but they had a killer package deal for the d40 last month. I think there are a lot of good deals out there, so I'm sure you will be fine. Look forward to seeing your pictures!
