Feel the sun and get some fresh air.
I live in a suburban area (think stepford wives) but the nice thing about the back yard -
it is a green area with great wild flowers and a running creek.

hah! you heard me right, Stepford.
(as in the way the houses look)
no murder, house burning, baskets of muffins, and cheating with lawn boys in this neighborhood! (there better not be, the Ryan boys ARE the lawn boys!)
So the nature was so beautiful you could not resist beheading the plants and bring ing them into your home! NICE!
I just cut a few so they will grow better.
