Manic Monday

The manic monday word for today is "kit".
I thought of these handy dandy little kits I gave as gifts a few years ago.

They are perfect to throw in a backpack, boat, car, rv, purse, motorcycle, bike, etc.
Light and little.
AND look what is inside:

25 survival items in a genuine air-tight, waterproof, crushproof sardine can... acetaminophen, adhesive bandage, alcohol prep, antibiotic ointment, book matches, tea bag, chewing gum, compass, sugar, whistle, salt packet, energy nugget, duct tape, fire starter cube, wire clip, first aid instructions, fish hook & line, note paper, pencil, razor blade, safety pin, signal mirror, waterproof bag, and the can may be used to boil water.

know someone who would like one? here ya go

Hi aniqueanik, sure, I don't mind being "tagged".

Hi Hana and Jamie, they are a cool little kit. Never know when it might come in handy.

108, ahhh, another tea drinker!

Matt-man - why don't we just invent a little WIR pill?

Except for the tootsie roll, I think that is brilliant.

what a great idea!! Now how did they get all of that stuff in that airtight can? I would love to see how those are made.

Excellent idea for a gift! Practical yet novel at the same time.

Mo, isn't it? I take it you don't like tootsie rolls?

gattina, what is the rambo survival knife?

Hi sarge, thanks for stopping by.

Tegdirb92, they are just as cool as the picture shows.

Hi dessert songbird, my thoughts exactly.

That is a cool kit! Great idea for those who like to travel in the outdoors, hiking etc. things you wouldn't necessarily think of but would ALWAYS come in handy!

Wonder if they have them here (Australia)?

Wow, what an awesome idea!! No man should be without one. Hubs might need one for his deer hunting gear bag.

Now that would make an excellent stocking stuffer. But it doesn't look like the sardine can is resealable.

Good take on the theme. Happy MM!

Great kit! I'm dying to know -- is the Tootsie Roll the energy nugget?

Happy MM!

ha, y'all (and I say this without being from the south :-) should order some for the holidays! they make a great gift.

Hey T, glad to see you out and about.

Thanks everyone, for stopping by.

Great little kit Lisa! I wonder if it is MacGyver endorsed.

That's kinda neat... would be great for places you might not think to put a first aid kit but you're very likely to need one... a purse maybe.
