Manic Monday Chip

Chip is the word for today's manic monday. To see all Manic Monday participants visit It's" a Blog Eat Blog World .

Yesterday we had a post St. Patrick's day dinner party. Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, shepards pie, irish soda bread, etc. The house smelled of Irish goodness.

But to start us off I made a non Irish buffalo chicken wing dip.
and served it with tortilla chips.

Recipe is below.
If you've never had it, try it.
It will soon become a favorite.

4 boneless chicken breasts, pre cooked and shredded
1 cup ranch dressing
1 12 oz container cream cheese
1 cup Hot Sauce (I use Franks)
8 oz shredded cheddar or taco cheese

Mix all ingredients together and microwave for 7 minutes on high or bake in 350 oven until hot and bubbly.

Serve with celery sticks or tortilla chips.

I love the sound of your paddy's dinner (big fan of corned beef and cabbage).
The dip sounds lovely too, but i must not its not healthy! although the celery sticks are good for you.

sounds super good. I'd use veggie chicken or beef being a meatless wonder but I am sure it would work well!
