Crap!

Only a few birds can actually see blue.


















Nonetheless, the dominant sense in the avian species is vision—which is much more acute than a human’s. A bird’s vision is so great that it can see two to three times more sharply than humans.

Yes, I have read Mermaid Chair... but ya know, I think I will reread it. My art will start to have a misty beachy quality to it, natch! Did you read her book The Secret Lives of Bees? That one makes me crave lemonade when I think about it!
